I value this mod because developed put a lot of efforts and brough countless of great improvements like fractions, textures etc. Mods are vital component for many games and keeps then alive and replayble. But rarely mods are GOOD. We shall be thankfull for such people who spare their free time and mod so they also keep game community alive!
