Combination of a Bibber's Upheaval mod and simple rescaling mod from the creator of the Entropy mod. For those, who want to play Upheaval with rescaled units but without any balance changes.

This is the combination of Bibber's Upheaval and my rescaling mod i made in one evening for those who want to play Upheaval with rescaled units but without any balance changes (I am surprised nobody did it before).

I think nobody did it cause nobody think RA3 need resacle, and I'm saying it as someone who would've like if RA3 had better unit desgin and better scale (since making everything bigger didn't just made things look more toyishs but also limit RA3 maps to max of 6 players)~
I made it because it gives variety to RA3 players.
It wasn't difficult for me to simply copy paste rescaling mechanism from my first project, the Entropy to Upheaval, but, as you can see, a lot of people already tried it, and someone liked it, so i am satisfied. You aren't right with "nobody think...", at least these guys are not nobody.

The way you install this mod is the same way you install any RA3 mod.
1. Unpack the .rar into: documents/red alert 3/mods/
If the mods folder doesn't exist, then create it.
2. Launch the RA3 control centre:
Right-click on the shortcut and select properties. Add "-ui" behind tagret line. Example: "D:\Games\Electronic Arts\Red Alert 3\RA3.exe -ui". Note that there must be single space between "...exe" and "-ui".
3. Launch RA3 via shortcut
4. Follow the path: "game browser/mods"
5. Double click on the mod name
6. Enjoy the mod
