Red Alert 3 - Unleashed is set 26 years after Uprising. A total conversion of Red Alert 3, it will include 3 totally new factions with all new units, buildings and powers.
The United Coalition has tamed the great white shark to use in its war against its enemies, armed with a mini gauss gun this unit can scout the sea's for the enemy, it can also ram enemy ships for maximum damage.
The secondary ability (ram) has been overpowered for demostration purposes only. Coding is still ongoing to damage the unit when it strikes its target.

i just tracked this and i'm not dissapointed:D
The movement is too fast in my opinion, and when they turn, its kind of mechanical. Why not give them an acceleration and a maximum velocity. And the 'gauss gun' is just weak looking, especially on a shark. Perhaps an anti personnel laser with a continuous beam and cool focusing lenses and stuff.
What Tier is it?
Tier 1, it's only a scout.
Will try and implement the changes to the turning. The speed will be looked at in the beta.

sharks are constantly on the move naturally... maybe make them go around in a circle or randomly like the vindi!
by the looks of the animation it looks like the use the dolphin skeleton, I'm sure they will change it later in process time
It uses a completely new skeleton and animations, but I'll look into the vindi code to see what can be done. Unlike the air, sea can be limited by coastline, so I'm not sure how that would work.

it can be a simple standing still animation.
