Red Alert 3 - Unleashed is set 26 years after Uprising. A total conversion of Red Alert 3, it will include 3 totally new factions with all new units, buildings and powers.
This structure powers the United Coalition war machine. Designed by Casey Fallon.
That electrical discharge is going to be an awesome animation, right?
Oh yes!
And I put my 25C on what u said ;)
daaaaaaamn O_O
so awesome
Fueling the Coalition. No power on earth can stop us.
Seems like the 3 factions are getting a style overhaul.
10x the awesomeness :D
It should have an upgrade to zap infantry that gets near it. :D
Or maybe an EMP effect :DD
Or an ability to summon nostalgic feelings from past Red Alert games :3
Leave it to the United Coalition to make something so ... industrial.
I'm glad you guys like it, I had fun figuring out just how junky I could make it and still have it read as a generator.
Sorry for saying so, but I think it lacks details. From this concept alone, it looks good for my table top...
@Vader333
What level of detail would you consider appropriate for concept work and why? I'm always open to suggestions for improvement.
For one, most buildings don't have huge rubber tubes connecting one facility to the other, not unless you're making an LHC. If you do want to do that, you'd have to make the tube less consistent. It is the main thing that makes it look like a table top ornament (albeit a nice one). Two, the zappy thing is a bit large, if you could make it more complex (hydraulics, power boxes, wiring) and give it a purposeful look, it would be better.
Can't wait to see this modeled and then skinned!!! I think it's great the way it is. any more detail would make it look too busy for my taste but that is just me.
Now this is awesomeness in Power Plant format.
great job
Looks like one of those glass bottles I use in the labs lol
it reminds me of the steampunk/coal industry! i like it alot, it's a great design, and i agree with Rabid, it would be to busy for my taste to. this is mearly a simple and to the point, power structure.
Very nice!
