Description
The Penetrator is a basic infantry transport able to carry many men onto the battlefield for deployment. To protect it's self it carries a rail gun which can easily pick of enemy infantry. However it's light armour means it's an easy target for heavier tanks. Designed by Philip Chin

Yup, I agree with oli-p. Looks a bit OP to me like a kick *** T3 Battle Tank. BTW make it a bit more RA3 style, as it really looks too serious for this game (IMO)

Looks great :) However, as the others have said, I think it looks actually quite heavy, hardly on the same low level of armor as the Riptide or Bullfrog.
Perhaps as a special ability, it can shoot the pilot out of a tank/other vehicle, seeing as railguns are pretty armour-penetrating...
that doesnt look light armor
