  1. Added the GLA Conflict, Soviet Mission 2 - Operation: Guard Duty.
  2. Added new Occupy icons.
  3. Added Bounty Logic.
  4. Added 2 new gamemodes. No Upgrade and No Veterancy.
  5. Added new map. Emperor's Sand (2-4).
  6. Added Indian Tiger Tank.
  7. Added South African MiG-19T.
  8. Added some new civilian fences.
  9. Removed elite units' extra bursts.

Edit: Sorry that new mission looks like doesn't end correctly. I also forget the Ending text. They'll be fixed in the next version. I know i had to test better before release.
