CNCD2K Revamped Patch for 2.9.3 file

This version should be latest version because v3 is scrapped and has a lot of problem

This version also has a problem too but there is 2 rulesmd.ini there,

V3 Will not coming due of MustaphaTR Retire making this mod and mission 4 of GC got bug like mission not end

Also the version 3 got problem from the AI,OP Damage, And Unfinished verses balancing

the goal of this patch is to make the units in this game has improved balancing such as (rhino heavy tank could destroy grizzly medium tank in a few of shot(3))

Improved sound and warheads animations

Any people who want to continue this patch would be appreciated
