What version of Ares.dll was used for this one?
The reason I ask this is because you kinda forgot to include the Ares.dll file itself to this version of your mod.
I hope this gets fixed soon.

I decided to download the ares.dll file from the 2.2 version of your mod, put that in the directory and it (finally) works. Please re-upload this version of the mod and make sure that the ares.dll file itself is in the 2.3 version download this time (it is currently missing), otherwise I will have no choice but to report this download as having important files missing.
Seriously, you can't upload an ares.dll-required mod to moddb and not include the ares.dll file required to run the mod itself when you do. It's called hypocrisy, you know!
I'm planning to upload 2.3.1 today. Do i have to add Ares.dll to this download?
Yes because I believe that doing this will allow your mod to be played by more players due to better ease of access, increasing its popularity and giving your mod more of an influence as a result. You do want that, right (This is an honest-john-type question I am asking here.)?

Soviet miners cannot drop resurces, the ore refinery is bugged. Also the nuclear reactor is bugged, the size is wrong just like the ore refinery. Some units doesnt do anything, just move around.
Please look older comments before do a bug report. It is not a bug. You are not launching Ares.dll that missing in this version. Download it from Ares.strategy-x.com and copy all files into mods folder and run RunAres.bat.
