Same as "Vanilla game, but with just regeneration v1.1", it"s just that the protoss portraits are changed into terran ones.
I only changed the properties of certain units, like protoss, marines and critters etc. You also have the patch_rt file, you can use it in case you want to play the original campaign with the mod.
Now all protoss have regeneration ability, including their buildings, I figured it was absurd for such a race to not have any form of self-repair mechanisms and built-in healing technology in their suits , it"s not too much of a weird thing, this can mostly be seen as nano-technology + other self-repair mechanisms.
Since protoss have very advanced technology they do not use vespene gas as a source of energy, they just use hydrogen(translation : they just need minerals)

Marines are now set to both biological and mechanical, meaning that they can not only be healed by medics but also repaired by SCV's, this works well for the original campaign especially where they have no medics . Another thing is that they wear power armor and that it is mechanical in nature, so it is a very obvious thing that it would require repairing if it gets shot too many times, a marine armor would actually break before they suffer any damage, or both at once, so no you can heal them both ways.
I also added regeneration to all Duran units, dunno if it was a good idea, but somehow it did not sound all that right to me for him to not have regeneration. Especially since we know of his abilities !
I also added regeneration to all critters, this way they do not stay with their health low forever, it's quite a reasonable thing when we consider that they should have this, especially since they are organisms and have no access to medics ;). It's enough that instead of having shields in order to have more hitpoints than your enemy(that's the point of having shields) they did not even give them a means to repair themselves, don't know how to tell this but I would gladly take a medic instead of sabotaging myself, by having no means of repair, any day. Plus that the self-repair mechanisms protoss have now are pretty slow, so it's not all that much of a fuss.
Did other things like giving civilians 10 hp(hated how they had more hp than zerlings, or as much as a marine in power armor), also gave ghosts 40 hp instead of 45 and now marines have 1 starting armor(because they have power armor).
Infested terrans now look like ghosts and have a glaive wurm attack, they basically look like ninja's
Since it's also a realism mod I made protoss and terran tech more realistic, it would take a lot for lasers to actually destroy anything, same with most plasma weapons (their energy would dissipate by the time they reach the target) , so I replaced all protoss photon blasters and psi blades/warp blades with gauss weapons, also replaced all protoss disruptor cannons with rockets. Protoss tech is more interesting since their rockets always fly towards their targets(targeting system, homing missiles ), so I made great use of that. Terran laser(wraith ones) were replaced with good old bullets(gauss weapons), making them more interesting.
Such lasers and photon blasters would actually not be all that useful in real life, and the energy/materials you use for such devices are better used for something else. And, as it should be normal, Battlecruiser lasers were replaced with rockets that so splash damage, the "Yamato Gun" is also a rocket .Bullets and rockets also do better damage to armor than lasers will ever do as the energy/cost to mess up an armor with laser is TITANIC, so no one would ever be interested in doing that just to have some lasers, they would think about cost and efficiency.
Another thing I never liked are plasma weapons, a race like the "protoss" would never use such devices, they would mostly invest in armor and stealth (like modern armies do, different race but same physics for everyone in reality), so their shields are off, why ? IT"S BECAUSE IN ORDER TO MAKE a useful enough PLASMA shield you would need it to practically make it glow like the damn sun to burn anything that it hits, ANYTHING ! Would also make you very visible on the radar , thus very vulnerable. That energy would be more wisely used on stealth shields or materials which are not seen on the radar ! Also, no matter how "templar" you are, or what race you are from, a marine gun will always outwit and outsmart you if he has a gun and you are in close combat, so I changed that.
