Realistic and movie acurate improved maps for the original Star Wars Battlefront 2 with HD textures, general re-design and optimized graphics
t's been difficult but I'm getting there with the buildings, the lower part is almost finished. Let me know if you like them so far.
PD: I lost count of how many hours I spent and how many patterns I tried until I got some good results!
The contrast on the cobblestone seems a bit high, but that might just be a preference thing.
Are there any plans to add normal maps? I can't remember if the base game supports them, but I do know that SK's Shaders (and I believe your ReShade) do.
Either way, excellent works as always! This map always had a bland color pallette, imo.
Thanks a lot KorbisBarkly! The cobblestone looks like that because it's on the dark area of the map but it's barely noticeable from the soldier POV.
About normal maps, YES, and this map will look amazing.

I think you actually have more detail than the movies at this point. (And I mean that in the best way possible) :)
Ha, I get what you are saying Kepplers_Verge and I thank you! but you'd be surprised about how many details I apply on the maps are indeed inspired by the movie and the original designs...
