The AI will analyze your tactics general, it will examine your strategies and look for the weakest point in your defense. Only then it will throw everything it has at your least defended area. Also, the AI will not send units to die for nothing, it always plans every attack carefully. It might choose to sacrifice some units but only for the greater goal of breaching your defenses. Its attacks will be quick and well timed, leaving no time for your units to think twice thus spreading chaos between the ranks of defenders. Moreover, it will never leave important areas defenseless, you know what im talking about, areas generating money! The AI will leave no resource untamed. It will expand to conquer the entire map if you let it. Furthermore, it will build a network of defenses around its base and money sources early in the game to stop the early raiders. It will use all mod features and capabilities at its disposal including ballistic missiles, airforce, artillery, tanks and powers. No ballistic missile defense? No excuse general especially if the missile was nuclear!

Its possible because i will divide each map into small areas and the AI will probe every area to determine in advance the type and amount of units you have there. This means the AI will require more mapping effort than the regular generals AI. Other modders such as CWC team used the technique of areas or flags however i plan to use it in different ways. The AI will check what supplies it owns and what it doesn't and will also check if its supplies are properly defended or not. Moreover, since you have scripts and conditions, everything is possible. You can plan timely attacks properly. This will be the main feature of the new AI which i will devote a good amount of time to develop it. The ability to do proper, logical, effective and well timed attacks on areas. Also, the AI will not send Aircrafts if it detects that you have Heavy Anti Air units in the area. It will try to destroy those before it attacks! There is much more to come as i will be getting new ideas in the next three months. I just need help with the mod cuz im the only one working on it...

i cant wait to try it out, hopefully the ai will be like something from act of war, wargame or act of agression an ai that actually adapts and counters your moves almost to the point where you would think you were fighting a real general from a real army in the world

The new AI will be fully aware of all your units in almost every area on the map. Also it will be probing your moves regularly. Based on this information, it will use the proper combination of units and will send them in the proper order to destroy any advancing or defending units. This is achieved through several predefined strategies to counter almost any tactic. The AI will be as i described it. Ive never played act of aggression so i cannot tell you whether it will be like it or not.

Description

AI is 20% complete. I will be focusing on AI development for the next 2 to 3 months. The alpha will release if the AI is 60% ready. This also means that i will not have time for modeling or texturing. Therefore this mod requires new members to speed up its development.
