Глобальная мода на замену всех текстур игры на новые более качественные и максимально похожие на оригинальные.
Заменена текстура всей карты. Также в дополнение к текстуре объектов для изменения эффектов некоторых параметров игры добавлены и ENB Series.
Просто замените все автомобили на автомобилях версии xBox и на карте радара юбилейной версии. Большая часть игровых текстур
была преобразована в аналоги в высоком качестве.
Высококачественные текстуры (размеры от 256 * 256 до 1024 * 1024)

События включают

- Новая графика 2.5 для Vice City - Графическое дополнение
- Новые текстуры для spad_buildnew
- Новые текстуры для полицейского участка
- Новые текстуры пиццерии
- Новые параметры вождения автомобилей
- Новый хромогун

Также присутствует - Superior gta-vc.exe (автор Fors-X)
