Based on the foundations of a converted EU4 game played by the Rat Cult, this mod seeks to provide a completely alternate reality. Where things are as they were at the end of Europa Universalis IV, while establishing lore and creating an interesting narrative. Currently the production is currently in alpha testing, but will hopefully steadily approach completion.
