Hi guys!
I always had a rough time with painkiller.
It's an amazing game, but unfortunately, the game has issues, with the hud and with that freaking gamespeed multicore glitch. Rest assured, most issues are resolved by installing my patch. My intent is not to take credit for these works but merely to help players new and old alike to be able to play the game with ease and in a state as perfect as possible. Please let me know if it helped! :)

A Bit of context into the reasons why I made this mod and posted it on moddb. I intend this to be a resource for players new and old to once again be able to play this game, hassle-free.
