I just recently started making a modification, and this is my first mod. Basis for mod was the source code RA3 Upheaval created by Bibber. This mod brings a significant change in the balance, and adds some new units. I'm very bad speak English and you can do something does not understand, I hope this does not happen. Important note: for the mod to work correctly, you must run "model detail" at least at high for the mod to work,it worked even if you put other options at low. However, I would recommend play with maximum graphics settings.

why dont you try to do different animations and design of the units. you want to add new stuff in game but its not good in my opinion. that is a submarine which flies and shoots torpedoes in the air. i cant enjoy the mod if im seeing supernatural things. it will definitely be worth it to make new design and effects.

The voice of soldiers after the submarine fell still uses submarine voice. Isn't that strange?
Maybe this is a submarine and 'Kryukov' in it with a heavily armored diving suit with 'laser curtain'?)

Maybe you should use Kirov witn atomic bomb or Iron Mamont model for General Kruykov?
