This is a sub-mod for OpenRA's Red Alert mod, that vastly expands the number of available countries per side, with its aim being to flesh out the subfactions mechanic found in the RA mod.

Description
adding new support powers for existing countries in the next version. The chemical strike launches an missile that kills Infantry and converts Vehicle crews under your control for a short duration. (sort of like Ordos Deviator in D2k)
