no, I don't like editing original stuff. This one is done from scrap. Why it looks similar to other stuff of Soviets is because I analyse what makes the Soviet look recognizable and use it for my own models.
Sure, the Vacuum Imploder was one of the central models I looked at but I don't like that building that much TBH... it looks like EA rushed it when looking at model and texture work. It's one of the worst buildings in the game in my opinion.

The overall design resembles the Particle Cannon of Generals to some degree, and knowing the Soviets it will probably be something based on MagTech.
BUT one never knows what comes next when Dibelius is at work :P

IMHO the model is alright. The texture... not so much.
