Reloaded loader file

Because some people having problems running my mod, i made this exe and batch file.

Install:

Extract the files into your Quake III Arena directory.

Start the mod:

Doubleclick the quake3RE.exe to load the Reloaded 1.16n mod.

What the batchfile does is loading the "NoGhost" mod on start. If you still running into troubles remove third party maps from your baseq3. (Some can cause sfx and gfx shader not loading correctly which result in missing textures and shader effects)
