Pulse is a MOD for Half-Life 1. Pulse takes place in Black Mesa after the incident. You are famous scientist Gordon Freeman. In the beginning of Pulse, you are in Surface Lab A Security Complex, a lab and security station on the absolute surface of the Black Mesa Research Facility. You are working with your scientist pals when one scientist working with a hazardous radiation meter detects high radiation amounts coming from all over. They radio into the Administrator's office, the office of Dr. Wallace Breen. Instead of Breen answering, they pick up a remote conversation between Breen and an unknown voice. "It's done," Breen said. "The xenian crystal triggered a dementional rift between Earth and the boarderworld Xen. Now let's get to the surface!" Post news Report RSS Redesigned Pulse's Website & More

I recently created a new website and worked with new entities in Pulse. Everything's looking great and the new official Pulse website looks better than ever!

I have been working vigerously the past two days on creating a new and handsome website for Pulse that would showcase a bunch of information and some small things that people wouldn't usually put on a website about their Mod. The new website is now hosted on a different domain name: Pulse.multisrc.org . It's a really cool-looking site and there is a lot of information that you can find on Pulse that might make you want to play Pulse even more. On the website, you can find the following things: storyline, forums, chapter names and descriptions, screenshots, news blog, downloadable files and download and instalation support.

Also, I have been experimenting with new entities in Pulse and I think Pulse is looking more and more professional each day. I've been working more with env_beams and multiple triggerings of entities and I really like the way it is going. I am trying not to post too many new screenshots due to the fact that I don't want to give too much information away. It makes you anticipate a Mod more when you don't know what to expect.

So, there's a quick update from me. Pulse is still well under construction and we are trying to make it a great experiance for the player.

Happy New Year to everyone!
