Complete overhaul of Latvian focuses, ideas, presidents, generals, admirals, advisers, research and events. Mod provides 3 main paths to victory: 1)Democrats - play as the righteous democrats and try to join Allies before the war starts. if you make it you will be rewarded with techs and land leases from Alies. 2)Fascists - plays as evil fascists, annex your neighbors, militarize your empire and befriend the Germans. As soon as you get in Axis you will have powerful ally which will help you defeat Soviet Union and provide you with extra machinery and techs. 3)On your own - create alliance between Baltic states and try to fortificate from both Soviets and Germans. When the time comes you will be able to unite all three Baltic countries into new country and share resources. After that you have path open to create alliance with Finland and get extra research power and try to survive with superior tech. Good luck!

To mod author - can i use some pictures from your mod for my mod about Lithuania?
I used lot of pics from the game. Which ones you want to use?
Some from focus tree, what you made by yourself - with "scout hat", with car, tractor and wolf.
And i think, i found bug - when completing focus with "infantry", what giving 2 divisions of veterans (in reality not veterans, but "greens"), these 2 divisions after some time just "vanishing" - i has 11 divisions, plus these 2, but after some time i has again just 11 divisions.
When complete focus with "motorised" infantry, i thought that its would give me some motorised divisions, but dont. Its bug or all is ok?
And - when annexing Estonia or Lithuania, Latvia dont get cores of annexed states. What "business" annex states and dont make them "core"? No more troops, no better defence.
Yes, you can use the those pics. I was aware of that bug, but problem is it sometimes work and sometimes don't. Ill look into it. As for Motorised Infantry - there should be only tech and Division template, but no divisions. When I annex EST and LIT through focuses it becomes Latvia territory and you get all the troops. Are you saying it doesn't happen?

Nice mod. Now i making something like that with Lithuania :), and trying to make mod not at 1936, but at 1928 year, because want give more time for Lithuania to prepare for wars (Paradox Baltics states made untrue weak).
By the way - you should repair map - Vilnius is core of Lithuania, so if you building Baltic States Union of something like that, you must improve Paradox ******** with Vilnius core. Vilnius must have lithuanian core and dont have bielorussian core. I dont know why Paradox make this lie (that Vilnius is bielorussian town nowadays talk only some Lukashenka's historics and with reality dont have any things). In Hoi or Hoi 2 Vilnius has core of Lithuania and if Lithuania has big army, Poland get back Vilnius by Lithuanian demands (something like "Dancig or war" in hoi4). With Vilnius your empire would be stronger. I dont know or you checked population number in Latvia and Lithuania, or not, but number of population of Lithuania Paradox made wrong. Without Vilnius state, at 1930-1938 in Lituania lived near 2.500.000 - 2.600,000 peoples.
I have conquered Russia with Latvia on normal, so I wouldn't say that Baltics were made too weak.
You are saying that Poland didnt occupy Vilnius region after WW1?
