V3 launcher back in game. Will replace V-4.
Powerful long range missile. But slow and weak in cloase combat and aircrafts can easy destroy them

Suggestion;
If you don't what your H.C.'s to glow, set the base diffuse texture to be grey, not white.
Ah, good old v3, I don't know what EA was thinking with RA3, making pretty much all units and buildings look like they are toys.

Классно! А может приделать небольшую альтернативу текстур, где помимо "СССР" будут и надписи самих ракетчиков...
Типа "За Родину!", "Смерть гадам!" и другое в этом духе...
