Project Tomahawk:Storm is just a rather old fashioned mod for VGen adding new units, upgrades and special powers while enhancing the current arsenals of all factions. 110% fun guaranteed. tl;dr it's Backwards Compatibility: The Mod.

On a side note, a patch is currently in the works for V1.2, addressing some crashes, missing textures, further difficulty adjustments for singleplayer, and more. I'm still awaiting more possible feedback on things that need fixing, but it should be out by New Year or after.
Naval combat? YES! C&C games, aside from Red Alert series, really lack naval warfare.
As long as it's not too confusing then yes, it would be a welcome addition. ^^
