Project Tomahawk:Storm is just a rather old fashioned mod for VGen adding new units, upgrades and special powers while enhancing the current arsenals of all factions. 110% fun guaranteed. tl;dr it's Backwards Compatibility: The Mod.

Description
The next version will introduce POW Trucks back into the game, but more of a "Mobile CC" esque role.
All POW Trucks grant you Emergency Repair by Rank 2.
For the GLA POW Truck (built at the Prison), you can upgrade it with camo nets, and call it stolen supply drops.
The GLA Protocol ability is "Condition Zero", and by Rank 4, you can use Field Promotions on units & call in Shadow Tanks!
