Prison Island will take the player deep into the expanses of a huge prison built by a power hungry super-nation. Choosing their own style of game play, the player will be able to complete the storyline the way they see fit. With a variety of custom weapons, props and enemies prison island aims to immerse the player in an epic story.

Looks very clean, which actually fits this one.
That... rail doesn't fit. It looks like it has some rust on it...
And that light. There's no white light. There was not. And won't be. Ever. Make it very light blue.
And the stairs. They look... nah, nothing special. And that's bad. Some decals will make me happier :)
The same goes to the walls.
And make some skins for the tables...
And those empty spaces. Moar tables!
And where is the toilet?

I like the sterile enviroment, but like earlier posts commented... that combine rail just don't fit in
These environments reminds me a lot of Goldeneye 007 on the N64.
