Precision Scope Mod for CoD2 (Version 1) file

This mod comes in 2 variants:

Variant 1: American scope reticle consists of transparent pixels ("us1") to be as thin as possible.

Variant 2: American scope reticle consists of fixed pixels ("us2") to
be as noticable as possible when aiming at dark areas - but with the
cost of being thicker (and hence, unrealistic) than variant 1.

I also included the .iwi-files of each individual scope so they can
be mixed together to custom variants depending on the users taste -
assuming the user knows how to do it.
