It's a remaster of Portal one using the Portal 2 engine, with updated textures and props.
2: When can I download it?
in summer 2019 we will release The First Slice, a demo for the levels we have so far, it will contain the first few chambers.
3: How much will it cost?
If you own Portal 2 it will be absolutely free, both The First Slice and later the final release.

WARNING: Some of the later puzzles in Portal require crouch-jumping. This is not possible in Portal 2's branch of the Source engine.
