I'm a speedrunner of the original Portal and beat this in about an hour just trying to figure out how to break these maps by going out of bounds and such. Despite my intent being way different than other people playing this mod I just wanted to say that the narrator in this mod was hilarious and I thought that in comparison to the text-to-speech a lot of the other mods use it was a very welcome change.
Good job with this one.
Marathoned this in a single sitting and had a blast. The narrator/overseer/new yorker was a joy to listen to and I loved the new puzzles, even if I feel a few of the new mechanics weren't fully realized. Also at times it felt like the solutions to puzzles were a bit clunky, but I also found a strange satisfaction in finagling so make of that as you will.
All in all I had a great time with this and I hope you'll post the custom music tracks in the future because they were pretty damn good!
Short, but I wouldn't say particularly sweet.
The puzzles weren't very difficult at all, which is ok, but by chamber 11 I was expecting the difficulty to really spike which never happened. Try to experiment in adding more logical steps to your puzzles, such as reusing mechanics and whatnot, as it will naturally pad out the maps a little more and make them more interesting.
This does seem like a competent mod, though.
