I reworked the Plasma Shotgun into the FART x12. It now works with a charge mechanic; hold the button for additional fire modes, with the standard fire mode being a 3-shot burst.

You can now extinguish yourself by throwing mayonnaise at yourself. This also works with other various flames.

I buffed the shotgun somewhat to hold 8 rounds instead of 6. The spread has been reduced, and the spread upgrade is more effective.

The liberator now has upgrades.
