It?s been a pretty exciting week in the Battlefield Modding Community with a couple of the mods finally releasing. Congratulations go out to the teams that have released. We are in the stage of finishing up on the last few content items, coding, and quality assurance. With that in mind, let?s begin our news by showcasing some screenshots from the objective mode that we are finishing up on. Our forums had a lot of speculation on what the objective would be and Chew6acca almost guessed it. He came very close but showed the wrong vehicle. The main objective will be for the German team to recon the area and pinpoint the location of the RS-12M Topol mobile nuclear launch vehicle and destroy the mobile missile launcher before the Ukrainians have the time to set it up and initialize launch sequence. If the launch vehicle is not destroyed by the time it takes for the launch sequence to be completed a nuclear 550 kT missile will launch!
This game mode will be included initially on SgtWedge?s Carpathian Mountains level. Gamemode by Mach10, Model by jilted, skin by GeleDonutt. We are testing the waters to see what types of game modes will be enjoyable outside the basic conquest mode, and the community will be the judge.
The next item is to answer a question asked by C4BLE in our suggestion topic area. His question was ?will there be a counterpart to the Ukrainian UAZ 3151, on the German side?? Sometimes pictures are better than words so here it goes C4BLE?.
Last item to showcase this week is the Ukrainian made Fort-12 semi-auto pistol. The model would be Macht_Tot?s first model since he joined us two weeks ago.
