This mod has a total of 4 new homes, as well as 3 purchasable upgrades for the Atomic Wrangler Room. The 4 homes are entirely free, whereas the upgrades cost anywhere from 800-1000 caps each. I also threw in a map marker just outside the Atomic Wrangler for convenience.

Here is Player Homes V1. I put V1 after it because I may add more homes later or fix any bugs people may find (I haven't run into any bugs, yet).

Did you copy the entire folder? If so, you don't need the whole thing in there, just the PlayerHomesV1.esp file. After that, it should show in the launcher's data files list. If that doesn't work, let me know :)

I don't know if this mod is still supported (or if you'll even read this) but I found this mod today and I have an issue with the Old Ranch house. It seems like half the house is sunk into the ground, along with the outside house and the corn patch (https://imgur.com/jGyonUg). Obviously this isn't supposed to be and it's pretty annoying. Is there any way to fix this? As far as I know I don't have any mods that would interfere with this one.

Yes, the mod is still supported, and I'm even thinking of making a second version. Now on to the problem you encountered. It's been quite a while since I worked on the mod, but if I can remember correctly, I think I had to flatten the ground and move some stuff in that spot so that way everything would lay right. I've got a couple of ideas that you could try, though. First, you could try loading an earlier saved game. Secondly, you could try switching the mod off, pressing "OK", and then switching it back on. If those ideas don't work.....um....hmmm....I guess just let me know, and I'll see if I can pinpoint the problem. Best of luck!

Well I'm sure you already know where the Atomic Wrangler room is. As for the rest, it goes like this:

Converted Store - Down the street from Mick and Ralph's in Freeside

Small Farmhouse - On the edge of Goodsprings

Old Ranch - Just off the road, near the town of Searchlight

Motel Room - First door (I think), on the top level of the El Rey Motel just across from Camp McCarren

It depends on the house.
Converted Store - In the mail dropbox
Small Farmhouse - In the bushes next to the front door
Old Ranch - In the corn patch
Motel Room - On top of the door frame
