You should make different types of orcs.
Uruks(or Black Uruks)
Uruk-hais
Orcs of Mordor
Orcs of Isengard
Orcs of Gundabad
Orcs of Mordor (or Goblins)
In that way some orcs would be smaller, Uruk-hais would be the tallest ones

I agree although orcs of mordor aren't goblins, goblins are situated in the misty mountains so goblins would exist for gundabad and in case of other factions situated there, not for mordor

Its like that some of orcish armors are "less massive", for example Moria Goblin's armors are skinny, Uruks armors seems more muscular.

The orcs of Grundabad and mordor (elite ones) actually had pretty heavy armour too.
