i have lowered bulding costs,turns and also lowered the cost of recruitmente for units,the purpose of this is to simpify paeninsula italica and make it more like vanilla rtw without all the complicated stuff that just slows down gaemplay and is only done for "realism" and historical acuracy,so every building save for stables and archery ranges has a bonus now and every penalty was removed to keep it simple.
