Nope... No one produce double drum magazine for AK rifles.
Theorically neither single drum magazine for 5.45mm caliber AK could be found easily, but some US productors built 75 or 77 round drum based on that used with the older 7.62mm RPK and exist some russian experimentation for drum mag and 60 round quad-staggered curved magazine
