Pax Romana Aeternum is an in-development alternate history mod based on HPM for Victoria II that envisions a world where the glory of the great states of Europe and Near-Asia never came to an end. A world where the traditional order of the was upheld and the great powers of the world possess globe spanning empires and compete for dominance in the age of steam, blood, and iron. However the winds of change are blowing and from the rose gardens of Whitehall to the Summer Palace, a Romantic age of antique glories made new, jacobin plots, and the battle between tradition and reform beckons. Will the Imperial eagles soar to new heights or will the glory of ancestral empires fade into history at last?

This part of the world looks odd.

1. The Qing dynasty is a Manchu led Chinese style dynasty it doesn't really make sense to split Manchuria from Qing.

2. Xinjiang is an amalgamation of Dzungaria and the Tarim basin created by the Qing dynasty. If this area never fell to the Qing then it should be partially part of Mongolia (Northern Yuan) or completely controlled by the Chagatai Khanate.

3. The names of regional dynasties of China. These should be Chinese dynastic names as per Chinese tradition of dynastic cycles instead of province names as shown.

4. Joseon Korea pretty much renounced claims to the regions controlled by Gorgoryeo and Balhae. Goryeo Pushing these claims is one of the main reasons for its fall as Yi Seong-gye turned his army back from the Yalu river ending Goryeo.

Also there are some issues in America as well. The Texan state appeared as a result of the US immigration towards the unoccupied mexican lands that currently conform modern Texas, with them becoming independient once the newly established population felt underrepresented when compared to the rest of Mexican territories. I don´t see how their would be able to go so far in the first place if Louisiana is still french. A more interesting and original idea would be to have a similar themed state in Michigan or the Missisipi area, but I don´t see how the same Texas would come to exist.
