Pax Romana Aeternum is an in-development alternate history mod based on HPM for Victoria II that envisions a world where the glory of the great states of Europe and Near-Asia never came to an end. A world where the traditional order of the was upheld and the great powers of the world possess globe spanning empires and compete for dominance in the age of steam, blood, and iron. However the winds of change are blowing and from the rose gardens of Whitehall to the Summer Palace, a Romantic age of antique glories made new, jacobin plots, and the battle between tradition and reform beckons. Will the Imperial eagles soar to new heights or will the glory of ancestral empires fade into history at last?
