A world where the traditional order of the was upheld and the great powers of the world possess globe spanning empires and compete for dominance in the age of steam, blood, and iron. However the winds of change are blowing and from the rose gardens of Whitehall to the Summer Palace, a Romantic age of antique glories made new, jacobin plots, and the battle between tradition and reform beckons. Will the Imperial eagles soar to new heights or will the glory of ancestral empires fade into history at last?
