Sorry about the wait, but it's finally here. A lot has changed, with France ruling Bengal, Scandinavia laid out right, and Acadia (and some other areas in Canada) being French. Spain still has American colonies, but they can revolt. Also, HPM has to be in the mod folder (I uninstalled it to download the new patch, and it didn't work) I'm not sure what happened but I'll hopefully fix it soon. Carlists and USCA rebels are gone as well.
