my dad gave me his lapotop, as he got a new computer! the modeling program works boo yah! i wont be updating the diplomacy mod any further, instead look at rebellion for "Ascension", its the name of the mod, now woot! so ill be finishing off the Aldar First, and then work on some of the other units that i was adding before my computer killed itself! hope to see you there

Nice mod, Dante, I'll have to look into this O.R.B. backround and find out more. I seem to remember something about it from way back when, but I'm 59 now, so don't remember things like I used to. Anyway keep up the good work.

@BlueAdmiral the ships are designed in this fashion because this is how the Aldar made their ships i believe that they are made of rock actually but all the ships in the original O.R.B game for the Aldar look like this and as such will continue to be based around that idea.
I don't understand. Why are the ships designed in this fashion? What would a remake of the game look like in today's graphics? Can we see some of your ship designs(fan-made) if they were to remake the game? Please use your imagination... It's just to see the if fan-version... :) Please? Sounds stupid I know but it would be neat to see don't you all think?
if you or anybody made a ship i would gladly put it into the mod....the reason they look this way is because there at least for the most part are the ships that where in the first one there are little differences in the models however. i haven't even started with the ships that i will be making myself
