This is the fourth installment in a series showcasing maps designed exclusively Operation Market Garden modification for Company of Heroes. Our next map, Route 175, was created by Skaevola. This was his first map, but it is quite good and is one of our most played maps. It accommodates four players, and is one of our 35 exclusive maps. Its mixture of roads, country buildings, fields, and bocage allows for a spirited game as you work work with your teammate to control key territories and blast your foes to smithereens.
Route 175 lead through Villers Bocage and was the scene of fierce fighting between the British 7th Armoured Division and German forces.
OMG (Operation Market Garden) is a persistent multiplayer only modification. We've expanded into Opposing Fronts' factions, added new and exclusive maps, and added Tales of Valor and new unique units. We're adding deep and useful veterancy bonuses, new doctrines and an interactive war map. We put a strong emphasis on balance, community, transparency, and fun. We are currently in an open Beta, and are constantly improving, adding new OMG features and content.
