Especially fond on the Fondor map (middle one) as it came out really well. I'd use this lighting on other urban maps too, if I didn't want to focus so much on keeping maps unique. This means veriaty on lighting, planet placements, planet sizes and other stuff. I feel like this veriaty adds to the eye candy factor so you'll also want to see what a new planet map looks like instead of just being interested in getting the battle over with, I'm sure we've all felt that way once we played for a long time where you don't want to do some trivial battle and want to get back to the GC overview. This focus on asthetic is an attempt to supress that feeling.

The perfect mod would be:
1. The space part of RAW with
2. the ground part of the Clone Wars mod and
3. Jeroenimo as the leader of the modding group with his epic ideas

Just sayin :D

I'm sorry but I can't delete the square lines on the map editor, so I don't know how useful this'd be. Plus there's waaaaaaaaay better wallpaper on the internet, I do thank you for your comment though ;)

Cool looking maps. Digging the textures.

Description

Sometimes, just sometimes, I wish I had someone who I could just dump a bunch of work onto, so that I wouldn't have to do it all myself. So far 26 maps are done with 30 more to go.

Really trying to focus on the atmosphere, not editing asteroid placement or battlefield placed nebulae but purely starfields, planets and (background) nebulae, as I feel it really adds to the gameplay experience.
