I never heard about this zombie hour before, is it a one time thing only or does it happens a few time? and why does it happens?

we removed them because there very buggy but you can reactivate them you can reactive both or just one
Other name is Hell Hour, It ran about 954pm each night on older mod. It was mostly
to keep you on your toes like blowouts, and to give you zombie hands to trade to
Voronin. You had to time your activities around it. This batch of zombies
is in present mod as a surprise, about 30 of them in a small house with
you.
