Nordland is a conversion for Mount and Blade Warband that takes the player to the fantasy world of Nordland, based heavily on Norse mythology, mixed in with some Tolkien and Viking Metal.
Nordland is split up into two continents, locally known as "The Southlands" and the "Northlands".
The Southlands is home to the great Kjordunland region and the Ironcoasts. It is a harsh and cold place full of outlaws, pirates and escaped slaves. It is occupied by The Kingdom of Lirask, The Kingdom of Kjordunland and the mighty Free People of the Iron Coast.
The Northlands are more hospitable than the South, the Hulgunde region is covered in lush forests, with the mountainous island of Bruvarir to the west, and the lush Nordmarian plains to the east, and is separated by the Silver River. It is occupied by the Kingdom of Hulgunde, the Kingdom of Nordland, and the Kingdom of Bruvar.
