Some people (including me) have been wanting weapon upgrades for sm scouts and sm terminators unfortunately the mod creator Mr_MAO seems to have left the mod so I decided to do it myself and post it in case there are still some people who want this Mr_MAO is the creator of this mod not me I just sent this bugfix
