This unlocks all base game missions (DLC is handled differently) by removing all pre-requisite flags from them. Yes that means you can do different counterparts of the same mission, they should only be removed from the list upon clearing them.

v2 Fixes a glitch where missions would stay on your list after you beat them. If they are still there, they will disappear after beating them once more.

Installation:
Extract "mission_data_allunlocked.kpk" to steamapps/common/SRW30/pc/commondata/mission/data and rename it to "mission_data.kpk".
The original file is included as an emergency backup, but you should make your own as well.
You should also probably stick with a second save file when playing these, just to be safe.

Notes:
Built for version 1.1 (DLC pack 1 patch)
Emergency Missions are disabled as far as I know, but it's possible some may trigger through other means. Still researching that.
Missions can only be completed once, units can be gained only once.
Some missions might glitch out if you don't yet have a unit it's trying to deploy. For most of these, you can stall for a few turns until the Dreisstrager shows up and deployment is available.
You should be able to swap the original file back in at any time to revert your available missions to normal. You'll keep anything unlocked, and completed missions will remain completed.
If BN makes any changes to the mission flags in patches (fixing issues with mission order, adding support for DLC stuff, etc.), this mod will be overwritten. I'll make a new version incorporating their changes if so.
The game will crash during launch if there is no mission_data.kpk file, or if it is damaged.
