NiV-Deer is a mod designed to emulate a corrupted version of doom but with added assets to challenge the player. Fight the dying AI of classic and new monsters. Explore broken versions of levels that you grew so fond of. Grab your self some new weapons. In the end of it all your nostalgia will be your greatest enemy.

Some Doom 1 maps will be imported to make NiV-Deer more enjoyable to play.

I will be importing map E4M1 and others to NiV-Deer to replace the default maps that I don't like playing through. Map 12 is a good example of a map that might be replaced. I just feel like some Doom 2 maps drag on and the level design was better in Doom 1.
