We've been working very hard over the past few weeks to put together a big update for NightFall. Firstly, we've unveiled our new flash website, made by myself, AcX, with the help of Kremator and Mess. We've also put up a bunch of new map screenshots, model renders, concept art and some posters.

But the first image looks like the FPS is going to blow! All those gate props... even adding a fog_controller wont help....
It is an FPS killer, but we're keeping in mind that we're expecting the mod to take at least a year, likely longer. As Kremator stated in the interview, most people will have a better computer by that time, so we can afford to have a tonne of props and all that sort of ****

Zombie@Computer is on the team, and will get into fixing the FPS Issues up, as we move along.
He has done some wonderful work on the first 4 complete maps.
there isnt any better then zombie@computer when it comes to optimization, it will lag off course, but not as much as you expect.

In my opinion, this is the seccond best HL2 mod out there. The first is unspurisingly Black Mesa Source.
