This mod has been in development since 2007. Some major features are: Corpses of the fallen will now permanently stay, population caps have been increased, and new units. Each faction receives one hero unit, you can play with and against any faction, and there are Heroes, crazy stuff (like The Maus, Powell, zombies,...). It also contains an Infantry Only mode, Early war mode, No Pop-Cap mode, and Quick Start mode in the victory conditions. This mod is only for fun! If you are looking for complete realism, try another one. Some combiners with other mods like Star Wars Frontlines - The Galactic Civil War & Eastern Front are also available.

axis arty?? IS it just too build a 88??
I wanted to make the 88 to fire Artillery shell, so I made a new unit that look exactly the same as the 88, but it fires like an howitzer.
where can i bulild it
When you play Whermacht, it can be unblocked with the 88's of the defensive doctrine.
perfect. it is also still working as a anti-tank and anti-air cannon right?
Oh, no. The flak do the anti-air job. The artillery is effective only against infantry, buildings and vehicles on the ground.

The 88mm wasen't used for arty roles.
The flak 88 was actualy used as arty on d-day, IRL
I think it happen in cut scene too right? the first mission on the beach it blew off the tank but it aim into the air.
Take any cannon (even a rifle gun) and fire at 45° and you have an howitzer.
i think this emplacement was too good to be fun. i mean free fire with arty? the only thing it will do is to make your enemy drop out of the game. (if you play online) but apart from that it was a nice mod ;)
