Denacitys NGA + SFC3 Mission Pack file - Next Generation Academy mod for Star Trek: Klingon Academy

***Denacity's (formerly teeth_03) NGA Version + Starfleet Command 3 Mission Pack***

This mod is has been added on by myself to include a few more ships and features, including a full conversion of all 50 campaign missions from Starfleet Command 3. This download includes both the base NGA mod plus the extras for ease of install.

However, I do want to include the download link for the Original NGA Mod (you do not need to download this, but I am including this link since I did not create the original mod nor was I a part of the original NGA Team):

***Installation***

1. Have a working fresh/stock copy of Klingon Academy installed

2. Make a copy of the KA folder, for example by default it is "C:\Program Files (x86)\14 Degrees East\Klingon Academy", I copy and pasted the Klingon Academy folder and named it "Next Generation Academy"

3. Extract the contents of this zip folder to the Next Generation Academy folder.

4. Create a shortcut to ka.exe and place it on your desktop and call it NGA.

5. Run the new shortcut you just made and enjoy!

***Change Log of Fixes and Additions***

0. The entire SFC3 Campaign has been ported to NGA, please see the attached "SFC3 Missions Read-Me"

1. Made Power Macros For All Ships

2. F Xerxes CC (Fxer) Missing ATK file causes long load time the first time loading it in a game

3. F Lexington CL removed from QBSHIPS and MP Script due to causing crashing to desktop

4. R Centurion CA removed from QBSHIPS and MP Script due to causing crashing to desktop

5. R D'Kaznak Warbird BC (Rdkaz) Added Presumed Missing Cloaking Device

6. Added the Seperated Prometheus Sections and Balanced, each have 1/3 of the weapons as the existing combined Ship

7. Added Starbases DS9, Federation Stardock (FBT2), Romulan Starbase (RSB), Klingon Starbase (Tygokor), Borg Starbase (Bstat), Cardassian Staryard (CSYD)

8. Add the USS Voyager / Intrepid Class and balanced (model is older and is missing textures)

9. Changed the point values of the ships in Multiplayer so the point limiter can be used

10. Reorganized the ships within the Race Selection in Multiplayer

Federation - Federation with Temporal ships and Maquis Raider
Klingon - Klingon Ships
Romulan - Romulan and Reman Ships
Gorn - Cardassian, Jem Hadar and Breen Ships
Tholian - Borg Ships
Shakurian - Shakurian, Gorn and Tholian Ships
All Other - Ferengi, Bajorian, Andorian, Kazon, Pirate, Sona, etc

11. Replaced the Federation Photon Torpedo GFX with the Orange/Gold one made by Why?

12. Created "Spawners", using the Probe model, an indestructible ship that launches ships as Fighters, to create preset battle scenarios. The probes that launch the ships as fighters have cloaking devices and ECM so the AI will try to prioritize shooting the actual ships but you will frequently shoot the probes anyway. I was not able to find a better way to do this, but it does work. You just have to stop the battle when all but the probes are left on one team.

Small Spawners consist of 5 smaller ships (typically a CL, 2 DD, 2 FF)
Large Spawners consist of 4 larger ships plus the Small Spawner, so 9 total (BB or DN, AC or BC, CC, CA)

The 4 Spawners listed below contain only ships confirmed to have participated in the battles:

SoA is Sacrifice of Angels, a Dominion War Scenario consisting of Federation and Klingon versus Dominion and Cardassian
BoC is Battle of Cardassia, a Dominion War Scenario consisting of Federation, Klingon and Romulan versus Dominion, Cardassian and Breen
Wolf 359 and Sector 001 are the respective representations of the Federation battle fleets of those 2 battles
