how will i get my hands on this beast, and how does it handle, surely this will play hell with the wind mechanics?
She actually handles pretty well, with the wind in mind on top of the steam propulsion. She's a navy ship, so you need a rank with the US Navy to buy her from their shipyards. Alternatively, you can capture one, bearing in mind she's only present in the last game period.
Or, there's a hidden shipyard that sells her and other 'special' ships, which is only located by getting a well-known item from a well-known character in a well-known place...
