Why does this mod break my game when it's loading "Quad 23"? I've already cleaned the caches several times..
Do you use steam version 3.04? or pirated?
I have both versions 3.04, but I'm actually playing only the pirated version on Win7 (personal preference xD).
Today I played the game on Win10 for testing and it worked very well. Maybe the problem is Win7? That's odd. I should test it with the steam version.
This is really strange, although win7 has been discontinued, VIC2 is a 2010 game
